Optimism is a vital, defining force that shapes our future, so given the challenges of the global pandemic this felt like a super relevant topic to kick off our podcast.
In this first episode Ben talks to Manjula Lee, Founder and CEO of World Wide Generation. Their technology platform called G17Eco brings governments, business and civil society together with the aim of delivering the UN’s 17 sustainable development goals by 2030. Manjula serves on the City Of London’s Global Steering Committee for Sustainable Finance and various Green Task Forces. And in 2018, was voted one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Blockchain and Fintech. The same year that Theresa May, our then Prime Minister, launched the UK’s Sustainable Development Capital Initiative and World Wide Generation was announced as the technology partner.
